My Two Two (有件事嘟好笑架!)

This is my second oldest sister. 二家姐
My boy just love her so much, everytime he answer the phone, he will ask, "Are you TwoTwo? When can you come to play with me?
係咪TwoTwo呀？幾時可以來我屋企同我玩呀?"

When he was 3 months old, he will smile and just want her to carry him, until now, all he think off is this Auntie TwoTwo.
Why he greet her TwoTwo???
When he start when he first start talking, because my sister is #2 in family, all nieces and nephews greet her TwoTwo except few nieces and Nephews in Malaysia call her Yee Gu Cher 二姑姐‧

他们俩個那種缘份真的很奇妙，仔仔三個月大見到佢就連阿媽都唔要架！從那時候、仔仔一看到TwoTwo就會一輪嘴講过不停，又要佢咁又咁‧

有一次二姐掛住同屋企人傾計‧冇專心聽仔仔同佢講嘢，誰知仔仔....................
一巴掌打落二姐嘅面猪燈倒! ........ 我二姐停左落來望住佢...

Ai ya...alamat.死囉！死囉！其實我二姐係唔好脾气的人、好moody 果種哩......我哋幾个大人望住佢哋、睇下點發展落去.... ..............意想不倒.

我二姐笑住同仔仔講: "咩嘢事呀?"好好声气咁

仔仔:"妳聽唔聽到我講嘢呀？"

TwoTwo:"哦！sorry lor?

哗！我哋嘟意料唔到! 但笑餐包！only left is, she didn't say: "你嘅手痛唔痛呀！"咁就慘囉！

每当佢哋係一齊都係好開心！有時连二姐上Toilet仔仔都企係门外等架！
也有可能我二姐給他的爱是無限的，每一次都願意花很長時间陪他玩、要她做牛做馬都毫無怨言‧
記得有一次她見倒我教訓仔仔‧佢心痛到差D同我反面‧佢就係锡倒仔仔咁嘅程度啦！
当然佢也知道慈姨媽多敗兒甥！所以忍住痛囉！也慢慢明白做媽媽係我的苦心而來佩合我‧

二姐佢也很疼錫其他姪仔女同兒甥女佢、我哋也要多謝二姐俾仔仔嘅爱‧

前幾日仔仔玩電腦時 *adopt a pets game，突然间仔仔问爸爸

仔仔: 爸爸，不如今次您選要乜嘢鱼放入魚罁倒? Adopt a pet lor.俾你選啦!

爸爸: 我選?

仔仔: 係呀！齊齊玩呀！今次您選啦!

爸爸: 咁我要六隻八爪魚加六隻海馬啦！

仔仔: 吓! 咁多隻魚?咁个魚罁咪滿哂！唔得呀，每样一隻咋！

爸爸: 吓！咁有話俾我選?

仔仔冇回應，咋咋涕聽唔倒，嘟係自己選....

Climb rocks before heading to Superstore for grocery..Came home, make dinner. Little boy whning after woke up for an hour nap...
Refuse to have dinner, Daddy offer to feed him, he wants his way...bra bra... Daddy very mad and warn him, if he don't cooperate, his toy will be in the garbage bag! (Train overselve not hitting him. I have bad experience about spanking him, now, I am trying to remember not to repeat it, but someday just drive us crazy... ok...Deep breath,, hold and breath...冷靜D!冷靜D!)

He ask for mummy( I stay away when husband lecturing him, or else we may have conflict), he keep saying he's sorry me whice he suppose to sorry to his dad.. For some reason, my son just scare to see me angry... but not his dad. 好！為有Rotan處理啦!( this moment mummy me thought of Auntie Marial blogs, talk about dealing with kids,,, Shiaulin commeted when they are driving you nuts, no negotiation, rotan the only way out...) 咁就用Rotan懲罰啦！but no rotan available in Canada, didn't have one, 咁就用手啦！

唉！ 嘟係冷靜D! 冷靜D! I came in and I have to back up hubby, (but it hurt to see him crying) I told him, "we all angry and on fire,, no point talking, we cannot hear each other", 火山要爆發. He kept saying sorry not so willingly 火上加油, I told him I want him to show me how he sorry, or else some toy will end up in the garbage bag.(start this method for sometimes now, he very sayang his toy, don't wanna to sacrify them.) He stop and cooperate with his dad on the dinner table. I went off and finished what I was doing, but still angry激氣又激心! 行開下冷靜吓!
In 10 minutes, I heard them singing and cheering... then they came in and told me he finished his meal, can he play and on and on,, Daddy all smilling, think his mission accomplished, 和氣生財！

You see, just not worth it! 為乜哩? Kids don't remember... don't understand the emotion that's involved.真激死冇佢符！嘟好彩冇放哂D氧气落去, 如果唔係咁、短幾年命都会架！..... so carry on my routine. What else, start blogging 囉!

my husband hobby...

His hobby is planting aquarium plants in the fish tank..
He loves fish in the beginning, all of suddent , he start planting Aquarium plants. He said more challenges. I have to say he is very patient, and read a lots of books how to grow healthy pretty looking plants like he have in his tank. I admire his passion. But....
I would rather see him tranfer his skills to little boy.. ( he did, not enough lor)

Paints container...(temporary solution)

Since I cannot find the paint containers, meantime, I just use paper cups. but it dry so quicky and it hard to keep a runny paint . Cleaning up is a pain. (Not practical lah.. One lazy mom wants to find a permanent solution.)

However, I though of getting some jars or whatever I will find temporary (temporary that last), I went to second hand store to see what can I find.

In Canada, there are many second hand stores. This business is actually a place where all profits goes to many charity. Helping many charity to raise funs.

I went to this store named Value Village, there are many goodies in the store, from clothing, household, books to children toys. Some stuffs still brand new in good condition, of course there's some not so good condition. (very cheap from few cents and up, some item values is depend on the item conditions or name brands) All stuffs are donated by anybody who wants to get rid of their junk or just to donate for charity. Also when some company bankrupt, the mechadise will also donated here too. (This place like a big Garage sale, I talked to my oldest sister once about start a store like this in Malaysia, she said no Malaysian will Buang(give away) their stuffs or may have resistant buying used stuffs.. How can you stock up if no donation?? (I see many foreigner especially young Japanese people shops here)

I found this few items, A triple Tupperware Containers with handle, some spice jags(all has cover or lids, very important) and another white tray too(no idea what it was, but it's good for painting use). All would be good for my boy to pour out the paint and use it anytime he wants, most important is easy clean up, just close the lid and put aside. I know I should have take either one of them, since the price is cheap, (all these cost less than 5 dollars ) I bought all of them ,when the price is so cheap, I thought, hey, I can use it when I get more color paints(Is this an excuse or what..??)

But, I am still looking for the paints container... Help me if you know. Thank you.

Looking for this paint container..

We went shopping for this (above picture) Kid paints container. His cousin give him this container that's very good to store paint, also spill proof, and keep clean while kid is doing painting.
I went many places and I can't find one. His Aunt's said it was a gift to her daughter many years ago.. I really want to get more of this container.
Anyone can tell me where to get this kind of paints container? Please let me know.

今日一笑 - 擲雞蛋

仔仔去年钟意睇Land Before Times 卡通片‧睇到恐龍時代D恐龍仔從蛋孵出‧十分有趣‧

有一日仔仔從嫲嫲屋企番來時拿咗一包塑造的蛋仔玩具‧仔仔对我講 Land Before Times 卡通片中的little foot係由蛋中出來、講一大堆嘢.... 之後我去煮飯吃‧

忽然間仔仔將D玩具蛋嘅咁擲落地下‧摘上來又擲‧擲到好嘈‧‧走去睇下做乜嘢，預備鬧佢搞破坏，不過打之前也俾佢解釋架‧

媽咪: 妳做乜嘢咁曳、将D玩具擲哂落地下?

仔仔: D恐龍仔出世嗎，睇！" 之後將D蛋大力一擲‧跌咗地上時，D蛋打开，有隻玩具恐龍仔跌出來、仔仔大声叫 : 出世啦！出世啦！

又好笑又好嬲，你話如果拿咗我雪櫃D真蛋來擲‧‧‧我就暈俾你睇

又係爸爸來我屋企的星期五.
Cook some dishes that my father loves most.
There are food that will bring back memories in the old days when your parent cook for you Most of time you are fighting your portion (takut rugi), pick out the ingredient you dislike, eat the best last ....
This pumpkins is a cheap food but it brought us back when mom cook it for us.

獎賞貼貼紙 Reward system_stickers

仔仔六个月大的時候，第一次發燒、我很担心、所以抱他在我身边訓‧從果次开始、我们俩个就分不开‧
但 係仔仔已开始長大‧我要开始鼓勵他自己訓，所 以出一招獎賞貼贴紙法，首先我将一張床放在我床邊同佢齊齊佈置佢嘅床，俾佢有心理準備‧如果每一晚自己訓係 他嘅床訓到天光、再加上冇亂發脾氣、就可以貼一張贴紙係日歷上‧儲存够五个贴紙就有一份小小礼物‧依家就要儲存到二十張一个treat‧所以每一朝早、他 会說:"媽咪、今日我冇上來訓‧自己訓到天光呀‧"
初時一訓到半夜仔仔会哭着走番來同我訓‧
但係有一晚，仔仔爸爸问仔仔:"可唔可以借佢嘅床訓一晚?咁仔仔可以同媽咪訓！"
仔仔:"唔好，我要儲 stickers wor..."
睇來貼贴紙獎勵法有效了....大個仔、自己睡了

When my boy six months old, he had he first fever, I wanna to monitor him constantly, so I put him to sleep beside me, eversince, we both cannot be apart when come to sleep time.
Now, he is growing up and I need to train him sleep by himself.

We placed a bed besides my bed and decorated his bed together. In the beggining, he will always woke up middle of the night and came back to my bed. We then thought of a sticker system. If he sleep on his bed all night long, the next morning he will get a stickers. He did stick to it these day, someday if he behaving bad, I will remove the stickers for punishement. Once he collected a 5 stickers he will get a treats or small present.

Last Sunday, his daddy asked to rent his bed for the night. He replied: "No, papa, I want to collect stickers.."

I think the stickers system work now..

Last Weekend..

Quite a weekend, No T.V and No Computer for the day...Me and son were always occupied both computer lately, he always next on the line... so... hubby arranged the whole weekend with shopping, library and visiting, take a break from the cyber world in our home. All of us had a good time.

I am a very lucky girl's in my family, All my brothers and sisters very pamper me especially my oldest and second oldest sister.（我的大姐和二姐）both of my sisters and my husband encourage me to find sometime I enjoy working, or go back to school to upgrade when I was unemployed. (When I migrated to Canada with family in early 90's, I immediately got hired by Nortel Networks and work for 13 years. I met my hushand there, got married then the company shut down when I was on maternity leaves.)

Back in KL, My family can't affort to support me for any Colleage after Secondary school, they know I always wanted to be an artist, but I have a long way and extra work to fullfilled my goal. 我想我姐姐们都認为我有少少天份、可是需要做更多後天功夫‧老實說我天份不多‧我是那種要出百多倍努力才有那一點result的人‧所以像Twinsmom 這種有天聰的人、對我這種人來說一定在她背後眼超超‧過佢两招！（當然現在EQ高咗、平淡睇化了！為有加勤力啦！說笑啦！懂欣賞他人好處係我的長處來嘅‧IQ雖少但係一向都EQ高嘅！)

I was working in Preston Publishing as a Layout artist for 2 years (located in SS2 Damansara, I heard this place closed now) before I migrated to Canada with my family..With it, both of my sisters and my hubby encourage me to take a some basic computer graphic courses and go back to this field. Both of my sisters sponsor all my courses fees... how good is that. They are still like a parent to me, nowaday they are financial capable , they are helping me reach my dream.

Last year, hubby sign me up, I'm still uncertain about it. I was very nearvous in my first class. Thanks god, I did ok and gain my confidence through it. My instructor is quite a fun person and knowledgeable guy, he help me a lot.
I was worried in the beggining because I've stop schooling since Form 5. After secondary school, I took some general part time courses with other friends in some institute (I think it was an accounting course, short courses to get a job faster, those day just we just follow the clowd).
Before I finished the course, I end up working in Preston Publishing as a Layout artist. ( it was my second sister's who told me there is job opening, she knows this is the kind of job I would like to do. Thanks to her) I know I haven't got the skills or good enough, but I give it a shot, during the interview, Jennifer the supervisor tested my drawing skill, not good compare with others whose just graduated from arts School. Somehow, she hired me, she did said she likes my personality and want to give me a chance. I got lucky ! I learn so much and met many talented people in this place. Now, there is only one person I still keep in touch, Julia Yu, still a designer n a good friend in KL.

Back to last year, after I finished couple of part time Adobe Level 1 courses (computer sofware for graphic design) Somehow somewhat, I found a part time job in a local Newspaper company, which I can practice whatever I learn and apply to my current job, the courses I took is enought for this small office job. Althought there are no more challenges after a year working here, this job give me flexibility plus the hours of working fit my family need. ( This place is a place where they leave me alone type, not too many people working here, not so much politic! Maybe because after being a mom, I am in next level of life, I just don't get involve, do my work, be kind and leave the job completely when I go home) 有得做自己喜歡嘅工作又可以有有彈性的時間、暫時我已滿足‧沒有大志?人各有志、何必咁幸苦、我的家是最重要‧

However, Both of my sisters would like to see me finished the whole courses (only took 5 courses, and there are Level 2 to finished and Web designs courses, my weak program!) tocontinue persuade my dream..Get the Cert and work for better place where I can expand my skills_high frying??
But sis,,, at this moment I am just one lazy bump lah.. Pehapes later..When my son is a little older.
I am here to Say BIG THANK YOU to both of my lovely sisters and my husband who supported me all the way. Their courage always mean a lot to me...

some painting Brayden's painted a while ago.
Very Abstract painting, only he knows what is it. there are few one he told me what's in the drawing, unfortuntely, I did not pay attention and write it down which I should.
Future Picasso ?? Not likely.. I'm sure all kids draw like this, I know there are some exception kids can draw good, so far he is just ordinary paints.
I am saving these painting for ours memory just like I wish my parent have done the same, and I think it's a precious gifts money can't buy.
仔仔早前畫的畫、是否將來能好像畢卡索(西班牙畫家)畫抽象的畫？我看不會吧！相信每一个小孩子畫的畫都是這樣、也許有少数小朋友是有天份，而我仔仔的畫是平凡吧了‧以後仍要看他了！我只想将這些畫存儲來做記念下‧這種回憶金不換呀！
